Delivery
We would like your order to be with you as soon as possible. We aim to have items that are in stock, depatched within 24-48 hours of an order being received during the weekdays Monday-Friday. During Bank Holidays we will aim to despatch on the day after, usually a Tuesday.
There may be times when this isn't possible, if this is the case we will contact you by email to let you know.
Our postage costs are worked out based on the size and weight of your order. We have 4 different postage costs, depending on the size and weight of the item being posted out and the delivery location. The cost for delivering to the Highlands is more so we will invoice you separately for any extra costs. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any order at anytime.
Delivery Costs
Small parcel £3.99 (up to 1kg)
Medium parcel £4.99 (up to 2kg)
Large £5.99 (up to 10kg)
Extra large £6.99 (up to 15kg)
These costs do no fully cover the postage and packaging costs that we will incur but we hope that this will enable us to be competitive with our pricing.
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail or by Evri Courier service for larger orders. These items should arrive to you within 2 to 4 working days after despatch.
If for some reason the item/items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email to inform you and provide you with a refund.
We will send out a confirmation email once your item has been dispatched with tracking information included.
We currently only deliver to the UK.
Packing and Sustainabilitiy
We aim to be environmentally conscious and we do our best to recycle and reuse our packaging where possible. This may mean that your order may not arrive in a brand new box but this will by no means affect the beautiful products that are inside.
